Hi,
Welcome to HCM. I have gone through your question and understand your concern.

Please let me know your T3, T4, TSH values. In graves disease your TSH is usually low and T3, T4 is high. If it is you case you should be started on anti-thyroid medications. Dont worry. This is an easily treatable disease.

In my practice I start patients on carbimazole and make their thyroid function normal. Then I decide on permanent cure options like radio iodine treatment or surgery depending on the case.

Your anxiety and increased heart rate can be decreased using drugs like propranalol.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
With warm regards,
