Suffering From Fever. Blood Tests Done. What Type Of Fever Is This?

hello doctor,
i am ramya,my brother have fever for last 1 week.so taken the blood test for him.the result in the blood test given as, SAL TYPHI O 1/160 POSITIVE , SAL TYPHI H 1/160 POSITIVE, SAL TYPHI AH 1/20 NEGATIVE, SAL TYPHI BH 1/20 NEGATIVE. please sir i want to know that my brother has what type of fever.please response me quickly. thank you sir.

hello dear
thanks for your query at Hcm
your brother might be suffering from typhoid fever.
The widal test is positive if typhoid o titre more than 1:160 and typhoid H more than 1:160. a single report is not much of value , repeat test with increasinv titres is more diagnostic of typhoid .
consult doctor for medication against typhoid according suspetability in your region.
