Hi there
Fibroadenosis is considered to be a benign inflammatory condition.Its basically harmless.However,you might want to get a follow up mammography to rule possibility of larger lumps like fibroadenomas which can be removed by surgery.But if there is a generalised fibrocystic disease then medical treatment is the best option.Regular follow ups are needed.In some cases,these symptoms reduce after few years.
