Suffering From Gastric,headache,vomiting,diabetic.LFT Done,sgpt 102,sgot 80,gama 100. Taking Franxit & Rabian Capsule.Any Treatment?

I am Dipanjan Ghosh. I was facing problem with gass, indigation and when gass grows the headache comes with it. The headache was trimendous and sometimes feeling of vomiting comes with it. After visiting my doctor prescribed be with rabian capsul and FRANXIT. LFT revealed that my SGPT is high as 102 and SGOT as 80 and GAMA as 100. Now after 2 months my bowel clearance is fine and happens only in the morning a single time but Gass and Headache is still on. I am diabetic and takes metformin 500mg for that. My question is are the medicines prescribed by the doctor is to check the SGPT or my fatty liver? Then how to check my gass and headache? What will be right combination of drug in my case.

It is very very common mentality of patient those having headache and some kind of GI problem, that they always thinking that it is the gas which causes headache, actually formation of gas must be there but it does not escape from the GI tract and go in to the brain, in fact if the gas ( Flatulence ) is there then it is normal phenomenon, Acid peptic reflexes causes headache and not the gas, if I would be your treating Doctor then I would advise you to start the Omeprazole 40 mg along with domperidom at evening time every thing will be alright, have nice day.
