Suffering From High BP. Prescribed Anxit, Prolomet Xl, Palpitations While Sleeping, Breathlessness. Treatment?

Dr sir, I am 40 and I had high Bp one month before 150/110,I had n ECG and it was normal., my sugar level Normal, cholestrol was 240. Dr examined me & said the heart is good. He prescribed Anxit 0.25 mg, Prolomet XL 25,and Olmetrack for 30 days . Last week my Bp was 120/80. But still i have palpittions while sleeping and when i get angry and short of breath sometimes. Help me!
