Suffering From High TSH, Low Vitamin Levels. Suggestions To Get Back To Normal Health?
Hello It's me Thakur i am veg and teacher in profession. Just 2 days before I tested my blood and the result showed that TSH has gone upto the level of 12.6. VitaminB12 is too low and 25-hydroxy vitamin-D is also in the level of 3.44 Please suggest me what should i do to gain the normal health position? I am worried about it. Now I am 40

Raised TSH level is due to hypothyroidism, as your values are more than that needs to be treated with thyroxine supplementation. Take iodized salt in your diet.
Vitamin D deficiency could be due to: Inadequate exposure to sun light Inadequate intake. liver or kidney problems.
In your case as Vt D level is less than 20, you need vit D suppliments
