Suffering From High Blood Pressure, Rapid Heart Beat And Breathing Problems. How To Treat It?

Since 2010, I have got high blood pressure and rapid heart beat and respiratory rate fast. When I feel like that I feel scare to die . When I scare it is getting worse. Now no high blood pressure but still suffer rapid heart beat and problems of breathing.

This is a typical stress hipertension, so the best thing to do in your case is to control stress and anxiety.

I recommend to avoid anxious situation, caffeine and alcohol.
