Suffering From Hyperthyroidism. Need Help In Reading The Thyroid Test Report

Good morning Dr Sab, I was suffering from Hyperthyrodism and my range for FT3 FT4 TSH was as under :- TSH 0.01 , FT3 6.29, FT4 2.84. After taking one capsule for one month the results are TSH 34.45, FT3 1.98 and FT4 0.77. Both the tests were done from Thyrocare. What is the significance of TSH 34.45 now. Please advise now.
