Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your husband is suffering from hepatitis.
There are many causes of hepatitis and firstly its cause should be confirmed by investigations and treat accordingly.
He need few more investigations like viral markers,Ultrasonography of abdomen and CT Scan of abdomen if needed.
GGT and PT should also be done.
You should consult gastroenterologist.Treatment depends upon clinical findings and investigations reports.
He should be given fat free diet.
Get well soon.

Take Care
