Suffering From Keloids On Chest. Surgery Done. Suggest Cream? Will This Stop On Getting Older?

Hi Doctor, I am a 54 yr old female, with keloids on chest, have had them for about 11 yrs.I have just had surgery on one of the keloids on my chest( 19 days ago) bec it became infected.Is there any cream that I can use right away to prevent it from growing back. Also will these keloids ever stop growing as I get older. Thank you

They may stop growing or not is very unpredictable however rather than surgery I feel laser treatment is far better in causing a reduction in the mass as well stopping recurtence. There are certainly some antiinflammatory stroidak creams as well as intralesional steroid injections that can be given but not very well studied and proved efficacious
