Suffering From Lupus. Taking Plaquenil Daily. Elevated GGT Reading Due To Cold, Eye Infection. Cure?

I was diagnosed with lupus approx 15 years ago. I take Plaquenil daily. My ggt reading was okay until 2010, Since then it is elevated most of the time - in the 70s or 80s. Recently though due to a cold and eye infection it went to 278. That was a few weeks ago and is now 94. The gp asked if I wanted to see a heptologist . Is this advisable?
