Suffering From Menieres Disease, Bed Ridden, Depressed. Treatment Which Will Help To Lead A Normal Life?

my brother is extremely depressed due to severe Meniere's disease!!! he has had injections in the ear with antibiotics and cortisone shots. he is otherwise a healthy 70 year old man. we need to find a clinic in his area that will offer him treatments that include therapy and or surgery that can help him have some resemblances of a normal life! he is mostly bed ridden now. please Help!!!!

IT HAS TO BE CONTROLLED BYMEDICINES AND NEGLECTING THE SYMPTOMPS
THERE IS NO SURGERY TO CORRECT IT
YOU NEED ONLY REHABILITATION EXERCISES AND RELEXATION THERAPY TO CONTROL IT
