Suffering From Migraine, Nausea, Vomiting, Lack Of Sleep. Does Vasograin Have Any Side Effects? Treatment?
Good Morning Sir,
My name is Jitendra, 27 yrs old. i am suffering from migraine which is accompanied by nausea ans vommiting, for last 3 yrs. based on my observation migraine triggers due to empty stomach and prolong exposure of sunlight directly at head. As of now i take vasograin. it helps me a lot. I wish to know that does vasograin has any side effect. if yes please suggest a better medicine.
Apart from above i also lack sound sleep. in a sleep of 6 hrs, my sleep slought is of approx. 2 hrs. during which many dreams keeps on coming upon waking it feels to me that my mind is still tired.
Please guide me.

You are under a good control with vasograin.
My opinion is that you please continue the same medicine.
By changing the medicine you do not know that new medicine will suits you or not and you may land in to more confusion.
One should only think of changing the medicine of some other group medicines if it is not working or patient is not able to tolerate it.
No medicine is free of side effects.
One has to weigh between the beneficial effect and the side effects.
For sound sleep please start brisk walking for 30 minutes morning and evening daily. You will start enjoying sound dreamless sleep.
