Suffering From Mitral Valve Prolapse & PSVT And Taking Concor, Should I Take More Medicines?

Hello, I am a 33 years old man, who has diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse and PSVT accompanied withHigh bit rate and BP, I started to take Concor 5mg plus everyday from 3 years, since I started I feel better but I sometimes I still feel high bit rate and BP, should I take additional medicine with concor ?
