Suffering From Nausea, Headaches, Weight Loss, Brain Fog, Bruising Easily, Low Appetite. Having Painless Lumps In Groin. Gave Birth Vaginally Previously.

For two months I have been suffering persistent nausea, headaches, weight loss, brain fog, bruising easily, low appetite, and overall malaise. Cbc and metabolic panel normal and head ct normal. History of aggressive thyroid cancer but endo said all thyroid related issues look fine. Neck ultrasound normal.

I now have three lumps in my groin. One at first then two more came within a week or two. They are painless, not swollen, hard, can only be felt not seen, immovable, and not red. They are round and feel like a pea or bb. One is about 10 mm and the others are smaller and more bean shaped. I have not been sick and my sedimation rate and lyme disease tests were normal. I gave birth 5 months ago vaginally and still have hemrroids so there is blood on paper when I wipe. My vaginal delivery was normal and only lasted 20 minutes.
Please help..

HI
Thank for choosing HCM
I really appreciate your concern, your history suggest some infection may be bacterial, If I would be your doctor then I would treat you with some antibiotic and the drug of choice would be "Ciprofloxacin" 500 mg twice a day, for 7 days if you become asymptomatic with this treatment then okay otherwise other differential diagnosis has to be investigated, but I am sure this will come around with this treatment alone and nothing to worry about it have nice day.
