Suffering From Pain In Shoulder At 14 Dpo. We Are Trying To Conceive For The Past 5 Months

HI i AM 27. i got married 2 years back . we are trying to conceive for last 5 months. This month i got few cramps at around 11 - 12 dpo . but at 14 dpo that is yesterdayi had little spotting and left shoulder pain in shoulder blade and i have still having it what is the reason.. when i did hpt today at 15 dpo i had very faint positive line
