Suffering From Pain While Urinating

I have pain at the end of when I urinate. i am not sexually active, and last week i noticed a clear, gel like thing passed in the toliet. It was no bigger than 2 mm. Very very small. The pain passed for a few days then came back. Any idea what this could be?

Hi,

There is chances of a urinary tract infection. A urine routine investigation will be required. Also, a course of antibiotics will be required. This gel like thing can be mucus secretion so don't worry.
