hello sir i m yogita baghel.i m 22 years old . i have so many pimples marks or pimples on my face and my skin type is oily. can i use betnovate gm or not .if not that how i clear my face.can u plz suggest me any cream or any medicine
and i have also dark circle.

Hi, Yogita,

You seem to have acne vulgaris. It is a multifactorial skin disease..precipitated by hormone imbalance,oiliness of skin,dandruff,sun exposure, stress,worries, sleeplessness,drugs..etc. Remember, betnovate is a steroid, can not be used for acne, as itself may stimulate acne lesions with many other side effects. I advise you to apply clindamycine gel daily at night. Take orally azithromycine 500 mg daily in morning for 1 month,then three tablets in a week for 6 to 12 months.
Avoid milk and oily food. Cleanse the face with acmed face wash. I hope you may be benefitted.
