my friend is 25 faces a problme from last 6 year that he pre ejaculate before inter course

Some times pre ejaculation before intercourse can happen due to over excitement .Ask him to consult a doctor who will guide him with the start & stop method to control ejaculation .Also tell him to control & divert his mind.Your friend needs counselling & tell him not to get worried too much or demoralized by the problem he is suffering as it is not a disease.
