Hello and welcome to HCM.
Thank you for your query.
I understand your concern. Sexual satisfaction is more emotional and psychological than physical. Which is why I would advise a more intimate and long session, not necessarily including penetration throughout.
The act you have mentioned is included under foreplay, and yes, foreplay is very important, especially in women. By increasing the time given to foreplay, you get your partner closer to arousal and complete satisfaction. Once your wife is at her peak of arousal, you could then initiate penetration, which would not require much time to result in complete satisfaction.
You could also practice
masturbation at times, which would help in control over ejaculation, with the will. I would also advise pelvic exercises (kegel's exercise) to strengthen your pelvic muscles, which can give you control over your ejaculation.
I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-shoaib-khan/64581 . I would gladly help you.
Best wishes.
