Suffering From Premature Ejaculation. Will Viagra Help?

I am 40 years old and I have suffered from Premature ejaculation all my sexual life. Now that I am only good for one round of sex its become a huge problem. none of the tips and tricks work, beleave my if tried them for over 20 years! I cant take antidepresents. 1) Practice moderate exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 hour.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vitamins A,C,E,D.fruits and vegetables .
3) Avoid alcohol and smoking .
4)Take some anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.

Hello dear. Viagra can only maintain erection for longer period of time. It cannot treat premature ejaculation. Meet a physician regarding this
