Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Without examination it is difficult to diagnose your condition. It can either be a simple infection or just an inflammatory process. Any how both needs different sets of treatment. Better to consult a good ENT surgeon before jumping into any conclusion.
