Suffering From Right Side Of Mouth Hurts And Headache. What Could Be The Reason ?

You have not specifed your age , but according to your discription it seems that your wisdom teeth are errupting, as the wisdom tooth erruption is most oftenly painful condition ,you can have fever , swelling , difficulty in mouth opening, swollen gums due to food lodgment.
I suggest you to maintain good oral hygiene , take proper antibiotic and anagesic course as prescribed by dentist, gargle with warm saline water 3 to 4 times a day.Consult the dentist get the check up done.
For the headache you should consult the physician i dont think it has to do any thing with tooth.

Have you got your wisdom teeth erupted?

From the above mentioned symptoms,i suspect there is inflammation or pericoronal flap at the site of wisdom tooth to be erupted.

I would advice you to get a thorough clinical as well as x-ray evaluation done.

Tooth has to be either extracted or flap overlying tooth has to be removed.

Take amoxycillin as well as metronidazole tablets.

Swish with lukewarm saline frequently.

pain in mouth may be due to following
impacted tooth
infection in any particular tooth
tmj trouble
so what i would suggest is that you pay a visit to your dentist and get a complete readiographic and clinical examination done to find out the cause and cure accordingly
switching of pain from side to side is indicative of impacted tooth or tmj trouble
if its impacted tooth than you would need to get the tooth extracted or the flap above the tooth may be removed as erupting impacted tooth leads to impection of food particles in the gums and causes pericoronitis
tmj troubles needs more of surgical invasive treatment
in the mean while what i would suggest is that you maintain good oral hygiene and do a lot of luke warm saline rinses which has real good results

you needed to be examined clinically, to find the cause of the pain... headache is not much related to pain in the mouth.. common cause for headache is tension, refractive error of eyes, migraine etc..consult a physician..

without examination its difficult to diagnose.
headache has many cuses like migrain,tension headache,sinusitis, eye problem
so better to rule out all these by consulting a doctor.take care
