Suffering From Right Varicocele Problem. Can Get Surgery Done After Few Years?
hello doctors, i'm 22 years old, i am suffering right varicocele for more than 3 years until now, the pain is about 4 out of 10 (10 is the most painful).. the pain is tolerable , my doctor said that surgery is best after marriage, i DON'T need surgery now. so my question is, can i have surgery after 5 to 10 more years? thanks! i can tolerate the pain.. thank you!

Hi, you are suffering with the vericocele, on right side, the pain is tolerable, so you want to post pone the surgery. It is not operated for the sake of pain, as the age advances it may become brittle.Also ti may cause obstruction to the vas deference and cause male infertility.
So i advise you to have the surgery so that immediately after marriage you not feel any difficulty, and infertility. Thank you.
