Suffering From Severe Abdominal Pain Due To Cerebral Vasculitis

My husband was diagnosed with cerebral vasculitis, ( which is in remission). He also has polycythemia rubra vera(tested positive for jak 2 defect). He has portal hypertension due to an obstruction on the hepatic vein and hence a diagnosis of Budd-chiari syndrome. He has had a recent dose of prednisone to treat pain associated with the ulcerative colitis that he also has. He has been struggling with severe abdominal pain
