Suffering From Severe Hairloss After Taking Steroid Injections. Suggestions?

I am facing hairloss from last 2 months , i had pain in my feet six months back so doctors advised me with 4 inj of pain killer every week they were steroids .now its been 7 months i took last injection , but i am facing massive hair fall almost 50 % of my hair are lost , and still ever day having hair fall
i am taking hair bless 2 times,codasex csz, twice daily,momate lotion,hair for u 2% aternative mights

please suggest what to do i am very scared and will i regain my hair back

Hello.i dont think hairloss is due to steriod injection as steriod is used for alopecia areata.rulle out thyroid disorders.serum ferritin and b12 vitamin.use hair 4u 5 percent rather than 2percent.neurokind plustablets and usr of finasteride if u are a male
