Suffering From Shortness Of Breath. All Tests Normal. Complaining Headache, Vertigo, Neck Pain. Diagnosis?

my daughter is suffering from breathlessness/short breath.x rays, chest ct scan, ecg, pft, blood reports and tb test ( negative) all said test are normal but she is complaining breathlessness or short breath with headache, giddiness( vertigo),neck pain.specialist md doctors could not diagnose her disease.Please help me to give her relief.
