Suffering From Sinus Infection, Swollen Glands, Sore Throat. Taking Advil, Sudafed, Z-pack. Safe To Start DayQuil?

I am on Z-pack Day 4 for an infection; sinus , swollen glands, streaked throat . Been taking Advil/ Tylenol and Sudafed past couple days. Last Sudafed dose was about 14 hours ago. Nothing today but ZPack. Can I try taking DayQuil instead today? Or should I keep taking Sudafed and Advil? What else can I do to start feeling better and jump start this? Thanks.

Hi,
Day-quil is also decongestant and antihistamine but it contains acetaminofen so if you take this tablet you may not take sudafed and advil.
Day-quil contains both.
So you can take dayquil instead of other both tablets.
Complete the course of Z-pack.
Ok and take care.
