My dad is suffering from spondilitis disease...he feels vry painful while sitting in chakrasana style...is there any remedy for this in ayurveda ?

Hi.. Spondylitis is a disease of the spine occuring due to degeneration.. You need to rest to help in healing.. Give adequate rest and follow with the medications, which ever is best for him.. Consult a doctor when ever possible...
