hi ive been gettin really bad pains in my stomach side and lower back ive been like this for a week now im sometimes in bad pain that im on the floor and been gettin really sleepy and hot

Thanks for query and welcome to HCM..,
Stomach pain with lower back ...could be..,
duodenal ulcer...it could be due to excessive in take of
spicy food and irregular timings...and frequently taking of ..
Hot bevarrages like tea ,coffee...,
So stop all above activities...,
Go for...1)Cap. Omeprazole 20 mg before BF morning for 20 dys..,
2)take bland diet..for 3 days..
3).Antacid syrup (Gelusil) 2spf..3 times daily.,
