Hi, Thanks for using Healthcaremagic, You are having Diabetes, High blood pressure,Insomnia and vertigo. This is good that your MRI is normal so there is nothing serious neurologically. You need to take care of your blood pressure if not controlled with current drugs then dose can be increased or drug from different group may be used. Your vertigo could arise from cervical spondylosis problem also and other differential is any ear problem. Headache is most likely due to uncontrolled blood pressure or a vascular headache( Migraine). If Vertigo persists an ENT consultation is warranted. Your treatment is on correct lines it just needs to be reviewed and some adjustments. You can take second opinion. Hope this helps. Take care. Good Luck. Dr.Akhilesh Dubey M.D.
Hello, Your headache could be due to high BP,cervical spondylitis etc and similarly vertigo seems to be due to cervical spondylitis. There is no reason why your BP can not be controlled. You can increase the dose of TAZLOC 40 from once a day to twice a day or you can add some diuretic like HYDROCHLORTHIAZIDE. Consult your doctor for revision of prescription. For cervical pain,do regular cervical exercises and may take the help of a physiotherapist for This. Thanks .
