Suffering From Throat And Chest Pain

i have slight pain in my chest and some pain in my throat when i take deep breathes and swallow (throat) feels as if my throat is swollen but i drank alot of fluids and its seemed to calm down but i still have some pain in my throat and am affraid to go to sleep in this condition

By the nature of your symptoms, you most probably have pharyngitis or tonsillitis. Consult an otorhinolaryngologist in this regard. Salt water/medicated gargles, warm drinks, can have a soothing effect.
