You seem to be having a chronic throat problem which can be due to an infection or a reflux. In both the cases you need to undergo complete evaluation to get a proper diagnosis and eventually get a permanent cure:
1. Get a complete blood examination including a tox profiling 2. Get an Upper GI examination to quantify the reflux and also for further treatment and management 3. Get an ENT to examine your oral cavity and especially your tonsils and your sinuses which if infected can be rectified 4. Avoid having anything cold or spicy or oily 5. Do not strain when you speak
take care and hope this helps
