Suffering From Throat Tightness
21 year old male. Since one year i am suffering from throat tightness. I feel like a clothe wrapped around throat tightly. Some times it is associated with chest tightness. Some times i feel ringing sound and pain in right ear. I also have head rotating and head ache. No problem to swallow but tightness of throat hurts. 8 years back tonsils operation done. i have already had 2 ecg tests. First one 7 months back and came normal. Second one one month back and came normal except heart beat 103 then i am anxious
