Suffering From Throbbing Pain In The Back Of The Head?

Hello, Im having a problem with my head now. 2 weeks ago I got cured of sinus inflammation, and it should reduce the pain in the sinus area (between nose and line of eyebrows) but it didnt happen. It hurts me so much in the place of sinus and a bit higher (lower central forehead). I got an xray scan but it said that sinus(es) are clear, so the doctor said it should eliminate the pain Im having. Also from 2 weeks or so Im having really strange temporal pains in the head. I got them on both temples and sometimes travelling to eyebrow area. Also more often I got throbbing pain in the back of the head. I feel the pain with the heartbeat so I assume it may be something with the bloodflow. When it hurts I cant sleep. I checked my blood pressure many times (120-110/80-70 on average). I got my blood checked as well and it turned out I got too much TSH (thyroid hormone), but I was on an antibiotic and several pills so it may be altered by it, Im doing a new bloodtest soon. My question is... is the throbbing pain serious? Can it be tumour? Also, could have my (pressumable) hypothyreosis affect on the pains Im having? Thank you very much, Michael
