Suffering From Thyroid, On Eltroxin. Tips To Reduce Weight ?
i m 32 yrs old female.height5 feet weight 73kg nursing my 8 months old son.my daughter is 5+.i m suffering from thyroid .having eltroxin 100mg 6 days a week.current TSH is3.5.it has been 3 yrs continuous having eltroxin.earlier it was 50 mg. i m trying to reduce my weight.in 3 months i have reduced only 2kg.pls suggest me hoe can i reduce more.

Your weight is due to your hypothyroid stage.
As you are you are just after your delivery you should not be advised dieting.
Just avoid junk food ,extra sugar & unnecessary calorie in diet.
Your thyroid dosage will be controlled by your physician periodically.strictly follow it when you become euthyroid your weight will automatically loose.
