Suffering From Vertigo. Dizziness, Anxiety And Pain In The Skull. History Of Thyroid Nodule Removal. Any Suggestions?

I have had a tyhroid nodule taken care of in 1992 by the iodine. They have been overdosing me for years. I'm finally at a normal TSH 4 level. They can't up my dose, because I had effects like vertigo. Now they think other factors are up. Which are dizziness that is so much that I can't drive or function. I almost black out. It makes it hard to drive. Then anxiety kicks in. Now this uncomfortable pain is back of my skull is driving me crazy. It hurts so much that I have push on it. I've had it before, over 16 yrs ago on and off, but it's back again and I'm tired of this . On m left side Now my tail bone, left side is in pain. Feels like I majorly bruised something. It has shooting pains that kick in. I can't sleep on my back without it all hurting. I usually have to curl up and shift all night long.
