Suffering From Vomiting, Migraines, Fatigue, Muscle Aches, Dizziness. Reason For Above Symptoms?

I have been sick for over a week. Went to er Monday with vomitting, migraines, fatigue, muscle aches and dizziness. Now I am feeling pain in my left side and the vommitting is still happening when I get the headaches or migraines. Today I haven't vommitted but I have felt like it. Still very nausea and have a bad after taste in my mouth. all of my neck is sore.

Hi, it appears to be the fever symptoms, with vomiting etc. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe cifixime 200 mg B.D. paracetamol, omeprazole, and domperidone. Thank you.
