Suffering Migraine Headaches, Sizzling Behind Neck Towards Spine. How To Feel Better ?
Hi my name is AAAAA and I am 15 years old. I have been suffering from migraine headaches for quite sometime now and recently I have been feeling a sizzling feeling behind my neck towards my spine. It kind of feels like a popping sound/feeling. I went to ER and everything came back fine but I want to know what does that mean and what can I do to help this get better. This is an everyday thing so you can imagine what discomfort I am going through. I cannot lay down because that is when I feel it more. I have lost alot of sleep. What can I do? Migraine pills don't seem to help.
