Hi Vishal ,
Welcome to HCM ,
your father is taking good medicine at present and must be continue for long time ,
esp. clopigrel and atocor
apart from medicine in stroke patient most beneficial after stroke is regular physiotherapy ,
physio has key role in recovery ,
if good physiotherapy given than he will recovered more than 90 % ,
as in brain stroke patient total 100 % recovery is not possible but >90% of weakness can be overcome by good exercise ,
in consultation with neurologist and physiotherapist do regular exercise ,
also take care of his nutrition , and general care ,
give good healthy food ,
motivate your father for positive thinking,
take care
