Dear sir,i am 34 yrs old male.i am suffering from azoospermia with varicocele.but i do not feel sensation or pain in testis,plz advice me....Semen analysis report

Dear Sir,

Sorry to hear about your problem. Your azoospermia could be because of two reasons. One is the presence of pus cells in your semen, which indicates the presence of infection and that needs to be treated with a prolonged course of antibiotics. The other cause of azoospermia could be the presence of bilateral varicocele, which is a known cause of infertility.
It is best that you consult a urologist immediately for the management of these problems. Hoping for the best.
