Suffering With Blood From Penis, Blood In Stools, Stomach Seems To Be Swollen Than Usual. STD Results Clear. Cause?
My 30year old son has been suffering with blood from his penis ,when he wakes up there is blood in his shorts,also blood in his poo,he did not tell me firstly but went to his gpwho sent him to std clinic they have said everything clear,I had noticed the last few weeks his stomach is more swollen than usual,,do you have any suggestions please?

please take him to general surgeon first.
the symptoms what you are mentioning can be due to variety of causes, may be something related to blood coagulation itself, or some local pathology related to gastrointestinal or urinary tract.
some routine blood tests like complete blood count,urine and stool can be useful in aiding the diagnosis.
