Suffering With Dengue, Latest Reports Show Increase In Platelet Count, Elevated LFT Values. Cause And Cure?
I was suffering from Dengue from 14th October, ...Now my plaetelets count has reached 2.42 lac, today I gave LFT test as well, in which my SGOT is 93, SGPT 251, and GGTP 84, and protien is 8.5. What is the reason behind this as I am taking normal diet daily and drinking as much as liquid I can. Kindly suggest me what should be done further for this
In denguefeverliver enzymes are known to rise mild to moderately. They peak by 9th day. In most case they start to come down there after. In 2 weeks time they are supposed to return to normal. I`m sure very soon your liver enzymes will also be normal. If they still remain high, i suggest you consult a gastroenterologist.
