Suffering With Psoriasis, Spread To Entire Body. No Improvement With Allopatic And Homeopathic. Is Psorid 100 Safe?

Hellow doctor, my wife is suffering from Psoriasis for past 10 years. last 2 months its agravated to whole body with complete reddish in her legs and patchs accorss the body. tried several medicines from allopathy to homeopathy but still no cure.. last week one doctor has prescribed psorid 100... can we take that medicine.
