Seborrheic dermatitis and acne can co exist in a single person and sometimes seborrheic dermatitis manifests as acneiform eruptions. It could have a hormonal association, so it would be advisable to get your hormone profile and ultrasound scan done for PCOD. Having said this, just wanted to assure you that these can be treated effectively. Simply taking doxycycline and clindamycin addresses acne issue only. I would suggest you to take oral isotretinoin as its a sebosupressive agent. It will not only improve acne, seb dermatitis but also excessive oiliness. It is a safe and most effective treatment option available for acne. But before prescribing isotretinoin in a female patient,a proper counselling and checklist is required. I would advise you to visit a dermatologist near by as once a proper skin analysis has been done, a perfect combination of oral and topical regimen can be prescribed to treat your skin condition effectively. All I can assure is that your skin condition is easily manageable. Take care
