Sugar Levels Abnormal. Advised Chromium. Benefits And Side Effects Of Chromium Picolinate?

What are benefits and side effects of Chromium Picolinate. Any type of Chromium that can help regulate the Glucose level, specially morning sugar level.

Is there a way, I could know that my pancreas is working properly, means producing enough Insuline. I don't know that I've Insuline resistance or low Insuline production issue. Please help.

Chromium is at trace element used in the insulin production by the body and some researches have pointed out that giving chromium can help a bit in normalizing the insulin secretion , but nothing is conclusive.

Of your sugar levels are normal,that means your body is producing good insulin levels,another way to check it is to measure the insulin levels in the body.

Insulin resistance is suspected when the insulin levels are raised but they are not able to control the sugar levels in the body.
