Hello doctor, I am 29 yrs old ,height 5 feet 4 inch and having excess weight that is 75 kg. for which my face skin looks dull and I have severe dark circles around my eyes which makes my face really ugly. Can you suggest some cream to apply over my face

You seem to have periorbital hypermelanosis. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to take vitamin supplements and to apply kojic acid gel on the affected areas.
