Suggest Levolin Dosage In Children For Chest Congestion

Hi doctor My 8 year old has got severe chest congestion and I can hear wheezing sound from her chest.I am planning to give her Levolin through nebulization. What amount of dose should be fine for her age and nu times a day.Shall I give only levolin or mix of levolin and buedo Cort.Thanks

I can understand your concern.
No, you should not mix levolin and budecort Nebulization.
You should give them separately.
Dose of levolin Nebulization for 8 year old child is 18micrograms four times a day.
Dose of budecort would be 100micrograms twice a day.
If not improving with these then better to consult pediatrician for further treatment.
