I had radical prosectomy about 12 years ago. At that time the urologist prescribed cialis as a treatment therapy, a pill a day, but I couldn t afford it. Now I am completely impotent. I can however achieve orgasm, with extreme diificulty. I have good medical insurance. I notice that viagra helps a bit, but insurance still won t pay.
