Suggest OTC Medication For Itchy, Burning Blisters Under Shoulder Blade

I have broken out in a blister looking under my shoulder blade it wasn t there than when I woke up next day I felt burning and it also itched at times. if I could get salve to take the pain what could I get over the counter ? cant afford togo to doctors office. on top of that iam a diabetic.

Such symptoms are usually seen in eczema.
You need treatment with oral and topical steroids.
A combination of steroid and anti bacterial cream will be much better.
